Yes! We have a design center inside of our sales office, so if you’re starting from scratch, we can help you design your home with the options we have available. Homes that are actively under construction typically can’t be modified, but ask your sales agent for more information.
The HOA includes access to the residential pool, and they maintain common areas throughout the neighborhood. Lawn services and landscaping are not included in the Riverwalk HOA fee.
